Competition Rules

I. Competition Organizer

  • The organizer of the competition is EUROCOM & Co, s.r.o., with its registered office at Pribinova 18, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company ID No.: 35761172, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 18599/B (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer“).

II. Announcement of the Competition

  1. Unless otherwise stated in the Organizer's competition post, its publication via the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page constitutes the announcement of a new competition (hereinafter referred to as the „Competition“).

III. Competition Period

  1. The Competition period shall be the period specified in the competition post published on the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page.

IV. Competition Rules

  1. Each Competition shall be governed by the conditions set out in the published competition post of the Organizer, any amendments thereto published on the Organizer's Facebook page, and these General Rules for Promotional Competitions published on the Facebook or Instagram page.
  2. In the event of any conflict between the contents of the individual parts of the Competition rules, the following order of precedence shall apply: (1.) amendments to the individual competition post of the Organizer, with the latest amendment taking precedence over any previous amendment, (2.) the Organizer's competition post announcing the Competition, (3.) these General Rules.

V. Place of the Competition

  1. Each Competition shall be conducted online through the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page and is intended for users of the respective social network residing in the territory of the Slovak Republic.

VI. Participation in the Competition

  1. Participants may enter each Competition in the manner specified in the Organizer's competition post.
  2. If no person enters the Competition or none of the participants meets the participation requirements set out in these Competition Rules, no person shall be awarded the prize.
  3. The Competition is open to any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and meets all the conditions set out in these Competition Rules.
  4. The Competition is not open to any participant who is employed by, or otherwise has a relationship similar to an employment relationship with, the Organizer, nor to persons close to such individuals within the meaning of Section 116 of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.

VII. Prize Draw and Prizes

  1. The prize draw among participants who have fulfilled all the participation requirements set out in these Competition Rules and who are eligible to win prizes (hereinafter also referred to as the „Winner“) shall take place no later than 7 days after the end of the Competition.
  2. The Winner shall be notified in accordance with the Competition conditions in writing via Facebook or Instagram message and by publication on the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page.
  3. The Organizer shall announce the Winner by posting a comment under the relevant competition post and by publishing a separate status containing such announcement, or by any other appropriate means. The Winner shall also be requested to contact the Organizer via a private Facebook or Instagram message through the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page. If the Winner fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of being notified in accordance with the preceding sentence, or refuses the prize, the Competition Organizer shall be entitled, but not obliged, to select an alternate Winner using a similar procedure.
  4. The prize shall be handed over in person at Gino Park Palace Hotel****, Orlové 116, 017 01 Považská Bystrica.
  5. For the purpose of handing over the prize, the Winner shall be required to provide the Organizer with the necessary cooperation and agrees to the publication of photographs or videos taken during the prize handover on the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page.
  6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the prize.
  7. The specific prize to be awarded shall be announced by the Organizer in the competition post published on the Organizer's Facebook or Instagram page.

VIII. Personal Data

  1. By participating in the Competition, each participant consents to their personal data, to the extent publicly available on the Facebook or Instagram social network through which the participant entered the Competition, as well as their first name and surname, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number if they become the Winner, being used and stored in an appropriate manner for the purpose of administering the Competition (e.g. conducting the Competition and handing over and accepting the prize) for the duration of the Competition and for the subsequent period necessary to process the results of the Competition, hand over the prizes and fulfil any related obligations arising for the Organizer under applicable legislation, with the Organizer acting as the data controller and administrator.
  2. This consent is given voluntarily and may be withdrawn at any time in writing by sending a notice to the registered office address of the Organizer.

IX. Winner Restrictions

  1. The participant acknowledges that prizes from betting and games cannot be legally enforced through court proceedings pursuant to Section 845(1) of the Civil Code.
  2. The participant also acknowledges that the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or that another prize may be requested instead of the prize specified by the Organizer in the relevant competition post.

X. Taxes

  1. A prize whose value exceeds the amount specified by the relevant provision of Act No. 595/2003 Coll. on Income Tax, as amended, shall be subject to taxation in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
  2. The Organizer shall not be responsible for the Winner's fulfilment of this obligation.

XI. General Provisions

  1. By participating in the Competition, the participant agrees to these Competition Rules. If a person does not agree with any condition or provision of these Competition Rules, they must not participate in the Competition.
  2. None of the Winners shall be entitled to compensation for the prize in the form of any other performance.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Competition rules at any time or to modify or cancel the Competition without giving any reason.
  4. These Competition Rules are available on the Organizer's website www.parkpalace.sk/sutaz.
  5. These Competition Rules shall enter into force and effect on 12 September 2026.
