Our à la carte menu and all culinary experiences bear his signature. He is closest to Italian cuisine, its simplicity, quality ingredients, and respect for pure flavor.
However, his creativity allows him to step effortlessly into any gastronomic world, as demonstrated by our themed tasting evenings, each dedicated to a different cuisine.

Is the restaurant available only to hotel guests, or can the public also visit?
The hotel’s restaurant is available to all our guests, both staying and non-staying.
Do we need to reserve a table?
Table reservation is not mandatory, but we recommend it due to the possibility of a private event taking place on that day.

You can also check the restaurant’s opening hours by calling the hotel reception.Does the hotel also have outdoor seating with service?
Yes, we have two outdoor seating areas with service – one terrace in front of the manor’s main entrance and another in the atrium. These spaces are mainly used during the spring and summer months.
Can I come for breakfast at your hotel?
Yes, you can come for breakfast. On weekdays, breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30, and on weekends from 8:00 to 10:00. The price is 15€/person.

Yes, you can order food to take away; however, we currently do not offer delivery. Orders can only be picked up in person at the restaurant.
