How to book accommodation

If you do not yet have an account, you can register at Miles & More – Registration. - Collecting miles
Miles are awarded exclusively for direct bookings of standard accommodation with breakfast made through the hotel’s official website. Reservations made via platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and similar are excluded.
After the reservation, you will receive an invoice by email or upon departure from the hotel. The invoice must be uploaded by scanning the QR code from the leaflet available at the reception or directly at https://members.qiibee.com/gino-park. - Redeeming miles
If paying for the reservation with miles, exchange your collected miles in your Miles & More profile account for a value voucher of €20, €50, or €100.
Then visit the official website of Hotel Gino Park Palace***, fill in the required details, and verify the code in the top right corner (top black bar with the Discount code button). The voucher value will then be automatically deducted. - Cancellation or change of reservation
In the My reservations or My orders section of your Miles & More account, find the specific reservation you wish to change or cancel and follow the provided instructions.
