Consent to the processing of personal data

As a buyer interested in the seller’s goods or servicies, with registered address EUROCOM & Co, s.r.o., Pribinova 18, 811 09 Bratislava, ID: 35761172 (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") I grant consent to the processing of personal data, specific name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, according to Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data as amended (hereinafter referred to as Act No. 122/2013 Coll.”) company EUROCOM & Co, s.r.o., for the purposes of the database of interested parties, the sending of ordered goods, information and promotional materials, postal invoicing in accordance with GTC’s, telephone, e-mail contact and complaint handling. Consent to the processing of personal data is valid for 5 years. Consent can be revoked at any time.

For this purpose, personal data will also be provided to persons authorized by the company EUROCOM & Co, s.r.o. to perform orders related handling orders, delivery of consignments and giving access to the webmaster parkpalace.sk.

As the Data Subject, I declare that I am aware of my rights pursuant to Act No. 28 of Act No. 122/2013 Coll.

At the same time, I declare that the provided data is true, that it was provided freely and that I am responsible for the untruthfulness of personal data pursuant to Section 68, Par. 7 Letter b) Act No. 122/2013 Coll.
