Easter Menu
- Dried pork neck with fermented radish, horseradish mayonnaise, dill oil and butter brioche
- Creamy spinach and potato soup with smoked espuma and dried egg yolk
- Rabbit ballotine in kale leaves with smooth potato - butter purée, bread stuffing, poached vegetables and a rich rosemary sauce
- Traditional Easter sweet bread with almond cream and vanilla milk foam
