We invite you to a unique 3-hour course where, under the guidance of head chef Matej Gašpierik from Orlové Manor, you will learn to prepare traditional dishes using local ingredients. Together, we will create a delicious bryndza cream with meaty bacon and dill, and for the main course, pork cheeks in a creamy root vegetable sauce with homemade bread dumplings. You will take away not only new cooking skills but also unforgettable experiences in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Each participant will receive recipes, a small gift, and a welcome drink to start the evening.
